About Us
We began as a clean-up driven business, after seeing many disasters that providers were left with from previous billing services. From bringing providers out of a $132k outstanding claim balance, cleaning up A&R, to resolving insurance contracting issues, we can handle it all.
We also heard that the “small guys” were not being taken by a lot of other companies - Our primary focus IS the smaller private practices. We have since been able to cater our services and offer more to our providers!
We understand the unique challenges that come with running a private practice and we are here to help you navigate the complex world of billing and credentialing. Let us take care of the administrative work so that you can focus on what you do best - helping people.

Our team has over 10 years of experience in the industry and we pride ourselves on our ability to provide top-notch services to our clients.
Tiffany, Founder.
Tiffany has been a professional in the field of mental health for over 20 years, gathering experience in many aspects of mental health care. She started as a counselor, moved to Office Management and Auditing. She has also worked in special education and administration, giving her a well-rounded knowledge of the tasks and projects that those in the field of mental health encounter.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children and taking in the many wonderful activities that the outdoors offer. She is a huge fan of hiking in the mountains, kayaking, and having picnics with her kids. She is a huge OU football & OKC Thunder fan, as well as having a fondness for art, movies, and being a crazy plant lady.
